WELCOME ABOARD!

This is your Flighty Hostess here, thanks for checkin' out my new site! Its still totally work in progress, Miss Flighty is messin' stuff up every time she opens that Administration Panel, but its way fun to finally have my own site to post videos from my podcast so Welcome all to my blog and new internet home.

When you watch these shows keep in mind they were filmed in the early part of 2007 before cocktails exploded onto the culinary food scene. At the time there were only one or two other videos out there dedicated to mixology and these were more of a kooky fun homemade Effort. Cocktails on the Fly was the first of its kind shot in full HD by a whole crew with professional quality production. It won several awards including "Best New Video Podcast of 2007 from Itunes.

The industry has changed so much in the past few years. There are so many things I would go back and change and there are so many new exciting people and products making drinks as exciting as food and elevating the craft to an art form. So bear this in mind when you watch, they are still great recipes, but Miss Flighty's has got a lot more to say and a ton of new ideas so please sign up and watch out for my new venture, "Round Trip!".
