The Flighty Floridita Daiquiri was inspired by the by the signature drink of the Floridita Restaurant-Bar in Havana, Cuba. A tangy rum cocktail, slightly sweet, with a hint of flower and cherry, this drink has been a favorite for almost 75 yrs. Ernest Hemingway was so fond of it, he came up with his own version, as does Miss Flighty in this episode of COTF.
